Shipping & Returns Policy

If you wish to return your goods, you are able to do so within 14 days. Please call us on 01480 710473 to start the process. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging. Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

There are two easy ways to return an item:

Return to Deavesons Shop:

Please place the item in its original packaging. Note that pierced jewellery must be returned in its original sealed packaging.

Take your item to our Huntingdon store, along with your dispatch note. For our full address head to our contact page

Ensuring the item is in its original condition, we will process the refund or exchange for you. For refunds, please bring the credit/debit/gift/insurance card used to place the order.

If you received the item as a gift, you’ll be reimbursed with a coupon code credited with the cost of the item.

Return by Post:

Place the item in its original packaging and ensure the parcel is sealed securely. Include a copy of your dispatch note in the parcel.

If the item is in its original condition, we will refund the payment card used to place the order.

If you wish to exchange your item, you will need to return it to our Deavesons shop in Huntingdon as we cannot process exchanges by post.
